Hey, I'm Dominik!

As an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach and, more importantly, fellow HSP, I’m obsessed with helping other highly sensitive women build relationships of quality through the mastering of their sensitive traits.

 

Why this line of work, you might be wondering?

 

My story starts with my own struggles battling Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Depression as a highly sensitive child.

 

It ends with eventually overcoming these issues and so much more through the powerful combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Intelligence building, and spiritual philosophies founded in The Holy Bible – thus creating my Psychospiritual approach to coaching HSPs.
